Commercial Property Manager
Well established Harrisburg PA Company seeking a dynamic seasoned Property Manager to oversee the real estate development and construction projects. Salary $70,000 – $80,000 DOE, PTO, 401K, Health Benefits

Responsibilities of Commercial Property Manager:

Manage all aspects of operations at assigned properties, which will include governmental, commercial, residential, and association property management.
Supervise and coordinate operations protocols, building upkeep, groundskeeping, preventative maintenance, inspections, etc.
Manage maintenance requests from clients and tenants.
Supervise and coordinate the work of employees and subcontractors.
Administer property documentation, purchase orders, inspection certificates, submittals, etc.
Administer bidding and procurement processes for property operations.
Administer lease requirements.
Attend and administer association meetings.
Ensure the effectiveness of policies and procedures for property operations.
Establish and assure adherence to property budgets and maintenance schedules.
Manage vacancies, which will include managing listings and personally conducting showings.
Maintain communications with VGI staff, tenants, and clients.
Maintain monthly reports, including rent rolls and property management narratives.
Complete additional tasks as assigned.
