Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly, respond to inquiries, and enhance engagement with their products/services.
- Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Answer potential customer questions and provide detailed information.
- Stay updated on product and service information, keeping customers informed.
- Build and maintain a database of current and potential customers.
- Explain and demonstrate product/service features.
- Stay informed about competing products and services.
- Upsell products and services to meet sales targets.
Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree or high school diploma.
- Some sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic math skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
