The training lead will support a project team delivering application and solution enhancement, maintenance, and process re-engineering services. Experience with Captivate or Articulate 360 a MUST. $36 – $38 per hour. Hybrid Role 1-2 in office

Responsibilities of Training Lead:
- Train staff and other stakeholders and end-users impacted by system and application enhancements, implementations, and changes.
Requirements of Training Lead:
- Experience with gathering requirements
- Experience providing training on business processes and software
- Experience developing and delivering training content and curriculum
- Experience developing training plans and coordinating training programs
- Experience with Captivate or Articulate 360
- Experience developing printed and digital training resources
