Position Overview:
Abel Personnel is currently seeking a highly motivated Staffing Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and attracting qualified candidates for our diverse range of clients. While previous recruiter experience is not required, we are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting people with opportunities. Hiring and interviewing experience are preferred, but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with client organizations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Assist in the coordination of interviews, assessments, and other stages of the recruitment process.
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Consistent work history with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Previous hiring and interviewing experience is a plus.
