Responsibilities of Administrative Coordinator
- Review applications and initiate entry into data processing system.
- Assign project numbers, collecting basic information, updating computer records and maintaining activity and status reports.
- Update and maintain program material
- Provide administrative support for the various department.
- Preparation of correspondence, transmittals and mailings both internally and externally.
- Coordinate and maintain all filings.
- Collect and update market housing and demographic data.
- Process all market analysts’ requests Inventory.
- Respond to verbal or written inquiries.
- Coordinate workshops, seminars and conferences for staff members.
- Make project updates to the AS400 system
Qualification of Administrative Coordinator
- Associates Degree or three years work experience on an administrative level.
- Knowledge of data collection techniques, statistical preparations, analysis and interpretations.
- Excellent customer service.
- Communicate information to supervisors, and co-workers
- Proficient in the use computers and computer systems.
- Microsoft Office required
- AS400 preferred but not required.
- General office knowledge, clerical procedures, word processing, and managing files.
