Administrative Project Coordinator

Harrisburg PA company is seeking a dynamic Administrative Project CoordinatorThe project coordinator will play a critical role in coordinating various projects to ensure timely and successful completion, and support administrative functions. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and able to effectively communicate This is an in-office position, Salary $70,000 - $90,000 Depending on experience. 
Responsibilities of Administrative Project Coordinator:
  • Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects according to deadlines and budget constraints. Collaborate with team members, third-party contractors, and consultants to drive project success.
  • Manage administrative for multiple offices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, ensuring all stakeholders are updated on project status, changes, and issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files, including project plans, reports, and correspondence, while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Budget Management: Track project budgets, monitor expenditures, and prepare financial reports. Ensure all project-related expenses are documented and approved.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues and proactively address potential problems to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables.
  • Work closely with project team members and cross-functional departments to achieve project goals and foster a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications of Administrative Project Coordinator:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related experience.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project coordination
  • CAPM Certified or willing to obtain in first year
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
