Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Labor Litigation Attorney to join the firm’s employment, labor, and litigation teams. The ideal candidate will bring 2-5 years of experience advising clients on labor law and employment matters and supporting litigation efforts. A transferrable book of business or ability to generate new clients is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will bring 2-5 years of experience advising clients on labor law and employment matters and supporting litigation efforts. A transferrable book of business or ability to generate new clients is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on day-to-day employment matters, including FMLA administration, ADA accommodations, employee handbook revisions, internal investigations, union contract issues, non-compete matters, and background checks.
- Handle regulatory and compliance-related issues involving DOL, OSHA, FLSA, FMLA, and vaccination policies.
- Participate in litigation efforts, including preparing discovery, drafting motions, conducting legal research, and representing clients in depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Manage a variety of employment-related claims, including discrimination, wage disputes, unemployment compensation claims, and class actions.
- Provide support on civil and commercial litigation matters, such as business disputes, breach of contract cases, shareholder disputes, and regulatory proceedings.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, pleadings, memoranda, discovery documents, and legal briefs.
- Deliver presentations and webinars on legal updates and trends within the employment law field.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in labor, employment, and litigation practices.
- Strong ability to counsel clients on employment issues, including FMLA, ADA, and OSHA compliance.
- Litigation experience, including trial preparation, discovery, and court appearances.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience handling civil, commercial, and employment-related disputes.
- A transferrable book of business or ability to attract new clients is a significant advantage.
