About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for an administrative professional with a passion for providing excellent customer service. You will serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, provide administrative support, and manage service requests to ensure our clients receive the highest level of support. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional assistance to clients.
- Create, track, and manage service tickets for technical teams.
- Handle general office administration tasks, including scheduling, document preparation, and email management.
- Maintain and update client records in the CRM system with accuracy.
- Assist clients in professional industries such as legal, healthcare, and accounting, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Excel for basic reporting and task management.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year in customer service, administrative support, or related roles.
- Some college coursework or an associate degree (preferred but not required).
Skills Required:
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Friendly and professional communication, both verbal and written.
- Basic proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel.
- A tech-savvy mindset and willingness to adapt to new tools and systems.
