This role focuses on Base Infrastructure Modernization (BIM) contracts for United States Air Force (USAF) facilities. The ideal candidate will leverage established connections, industry expertise, and leadership skills to drive successful capture strategies and program management for this strategic initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business development and capture efforts for USAF BIM contracts and task order proposals.
- Develop and execute strategies to secure competitive bids for infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Transition into IDIQ-level program management upon award of BIM task orders.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with USAF stakeholders, industry partners, and vendors.
- Analyze customer trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities to enhance program success.
- Support proposal development, win themes, and innovative solution crafting.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of business development and IT management experience, particularly with USAF AFLCMC HNI programs.
- Established network within the USAF AFLCMC HNI community.
- Proven success in securing competitive government contracts.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent documented experience.
- Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative environments.

Work Environment:
- Location: Burlington, MA, with occasional travel to Hanscom AFB.
