Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all contractual QA and performance requirements.
- Develop and maintain an effective Quality Control Program (QCP).
- Conduct risk assessments and performance evaluations.
- Oversee process improvements, audits, and quality control measures.
- Address and resolve non-conformance issues efficiently.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret Clearance (Required)
- PMP & ITIL 4 Certification (Mandatory)
- 12+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and risk management.
- Strong background in government IT contracts and service compliance.
- Expertise in process improvement and risk mitigation.
