Your Opportunity to Lead in Advanced Voice Systems
Are you ready to take the lead in designing, implementing, and optimizing cutting-edge voice platforms? We’re looking for a Sr. Voice Platform Analyst who is passionate about problem-solving, system performance, and delivering seamless communication solutions.
This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working remotely while requiring just one day a week in the office in Harrisburg, PA. You’ll collaborate with IT teams and vendors to support mission-critical voice and contact center systems, ensuring they operate at peak performance.
What You’ll Do:
As a key contributor to the IT infrastructure, you will:
- Manage Voice Platforms: Administer PBX, IVR, call recording, and other telephony systems.
- Optimize System Performance: Analyze traffic, monitor capacity, and implement improvements.
- Provide Expert Support: Resolve Tier III technical issues for voice platforms.
- Lead System Upgrades: Evaluate, plan, and implement system upgrades and security patches.
- Implement Unified Communications: Deploy and support UC clients and enterprise softphone solutions.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure system reliability.
- Drive Innovation: Design call flows, troubleshoot root causes, and deliver sustainable solutions.
- Document Systems: Maintain thorough documentation for system configurations and processes.
What You Bring to the Role:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 4 years of experience working with telephony systems, voice platforms, or IT infrastructure.
Key Skills & Expertise:
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience with PBX, IVR, call recording, auto-dialer, and telephony systems.
- Hands-On Knowledge: Familiarity with VMWare, Linux servers, Microsoft Operating Systems, and relational databases.
- Troubleshooting Mastery: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Unified Communications: Experience deploying and supporting UC clients and enterprise softphone systems.
- Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work across teams, vendors, and stakeholders effectively.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
